Senior Associate, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC

We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Senior Associate, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC to join our
Pershing India Operations team. This role is located in
Pune, MH HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- As a Conversion analyst, he/she will participate in weekly meetings with the client to understand their current experience, platform & technology used and progress delivery of the project.
- Responsible for data transmission from the client to our platform. Perform Gap analysis, identify the gaps and provide solution to the problem.
- Should be a providing a demonstration of our platform experience to client with sample data sets with precise and clear articulation of facts and figures.
- Involved in preparing a project plan that suits client requirements. Also produce a detailed checklist and calendar of events.
- Shall be initiating a project request if there is a new requirement from the client. Provide requirements, test cases and QA the code before promoting it to the Production environment.
- Involved in the conversion of all the data points to our platform using SQL or other available tools.
- Should be able to perform Front End/Back-end checkouts before we turn it to our clients.
- Should be able to log all the issues in the Project plan and take them to closure with the agreed timeline.
- Should be able to provide production support for a month after the implementation.
- Shall be working with US/UK counterparts and should be flexible to support in US/UK hours.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-8 years of total work experience preferred
- Prior experience as a Business/Data Analyst
- Handle File Processing, File Transmission, Handle Huge Volume of Data
- Data Scrubbing, Data extraction and Data Manipulation on Excel
- Basic understanding of financial industry around Trading, Wealth Management, Accounts, Positions, Balances, Transaction, Securities, Performance Reporting
- Candidate will be responsible for data transmission from the client to our platform. Perform Gap analysis, identify the gaps and provide solution to the problem.
- Client focus and data inquisitiveness will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience of Project management
- Query resolution and problem solving in a time sensitive manner.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Good system skills including Sheet
