- Editing existing content and writing new content that demonstrates a robust understanding of the firm s capabilities, properly conveys Pershing s strengths, and is tailored to each project
- Help produce content for ad hoc requests, including case studies, videos, demos, guides
- Help develop presentations and supporting materials for proposal pitches
- Ensuring that all materials are high-quality and delivered on time
- Provide graphics expertise using templates to ensure brand consistency and best practice
- Collaborating with global team across multiple time zones
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Possess knowledge in design and/or design principles proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
- Video editing skills required to help create/edit demos and short presentation videos
- Strong project management, communication, organisational, attention to detail, written (including editing and proofreading), and verbal skills
- Ability to balance workload, prioritise, and work under tight deadlines with a positive attitude
- bachelors degree or equivalent combination of work experience desired
- 3+ years of related experience preferred; experience in the securities industry is preferred.
