Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, with exposure to HRMS platforms and HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in coordinating with finance departments on HR-related matters.
- Exceptional organizational and management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
