About the team
As a key member of the newly launched Logistics as a Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in building one of Meesho's most critical projects. The team consists of seasoned veterans, spread across multiple states across India, who are working on creating an industry-first solution to deliver shipments to the end consumer at the lowest cost, but the fastest speed possible.
About the role
As a Senior Associate/ Assistant Program Manager, you will work directly with the functional leaders and take ownership of all business-critical problems. You will also work with multiple vendors on process optimization and reduce cost across the value chain. Your focus will be to create and improve the operating systems of the org (Strategic planning, Competitive intelligence, building review systems, culture, and so on). As part of the Middle Mile team, this is a tremendous opportunity to work on super interesting 0-1 problems and then scale them 10X.
