Job Description

  • Monitor operating expenses & Sreamlining management systems.
  • Making changes to increase efficiency in the workplace & Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency,
  • Documentation & related works such as newsletter, audits, and analyzing financial data.
  • Maintains the organizations administrative policies and procedures.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreement with vendors and partners.
  • Inspecting project sites,Nursuries and warehouses perodically
    Overall Vendor Management for materials procurement and payments.
  • Responsibility of Overall Procurement process.
Qualification
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Preferred background Post graduate in Master of social work, Master of Business Administration, Development studies or other related fields
  • Excellent organising, communication, budgetary skills. Proficient in excel and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities on-spot
    including preparing fundraisin.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem- solving skills.
  • Excellent Organizational, planning and writing and oral presentation skills.
