Opportunity

The candidate will work dedicatedly with an investment bank and will be responsible for end-to-end management of the projects.

The candidate should have experience of working in Investment Banking industry and would be working on Industry studies/ analysis, Market update, Trading & Transaction comps, Company Profiles, Newsletters, Capital Structure, Debt Profiles, Case Studies, among others.

The candidate will get an opportunity to interact with the client and would be expected to finalize projects.

Key Responsibilities

Will be responsible for working as part of the dedicated team for investment bank

Supporting our clients on preparing pitch books, industry reports, company profiles, asset profiles, teasers and other marketing materials

Provide high quality analysis on projects including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth secondary research

Contributes toward managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction

Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment

Required Background

MBA/ CFA/ CA or Post Graduation inFinance or equivalent qualification

4+ years of relevant work experience

Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to create and deliver professional product ideas and presentations.

Expertise in financial analysis including operational / financial benchmarking, trading/ transaction comparable, valuation models etc.

Strong interpersonal skills used within a team environment and in client interaction

Ability to learn and adapt quickly; work under limited supervision.

Proficiency on universal resources such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson, Merger Market and other market data sources

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, flexibility during earnings season

Team players who must show the willingness to work with cross functional teams across many time zones
