Key responsibilities of the Role

• Understand and comprehend the course content to gather the assignment requirements
• Evaluate and update the grades on Learning Management Systems.
• Resolve grading related queries raised by the participants, consulting with the other grading team members when necessary
• Suggest edits to rubrics.
• Coordinate grading related activities with cross-functional teams.
• Be vigilant during grading for plagiarized assignments and follow the prescribed process to close the loop on plagiarism
• Share insights received during grading that may be helpful to the company stakeholders
• Documentation of grading requirements, grading feedback, positive reciprocation, suggestions for new courses

Qualifications

• Required work experience: about 2-3 years, preferably in teaching and or evaluations.
• Pursuing Research work or has worked as an academic writer or as a research assistant and has handled evaluations.
• Knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese required (Written+Oral)
• Proficient in written and oral communication to facilitate succinct feedback to participants for their assignments
