Job Role
- Identify and develop new relationships for generating business.
- Supervise and guide Relationship Managers assigned for managing relationships and act as intermediary between internal and external customers. Get right and quality manpower to source business.
- Regular training and updates to sales team and business partners with the aim of improving quality and TAT, resulting in higher volume and strong business relations with channel partners.
- Monitoring approvals and disbursement TAT so as to remain competitive without compromising on Company's norms & policies.
