Urbanmistrii Studio, a renowned architectural firm based in Delhi , seeks a passionate and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. We're searching for a talented and experienced leader who isn't afraid to take the reins and drive projects forward with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence.
About You:
- A licensed architect with at least 2 years of experience under your belt (think years of turning architectural dreams into reality!). This is mandatory, without which we will not entertain your application.
- Proven track record of leading and managing projects from conception to completion, with a team of at least 5 people. You're a project management rockstar!
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of architecture, including sketching (think next-level doodling ), using SketchUp (think creating buildings virtually ), and project execution (think making those plans come to life! ).
- Prior experience in managing construction sites is a must. You're a construction site whisperer!
- You are a highly motivated and independent worker, taking full capacity of your workload (you get things done! ).
- You possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile, treating projects with a sense of ownership (you're an architecture champion! ).
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex architectural concepts (you can explain even the trickiest designs with ease! ).
- A portfolio and resume that demonstrate a clear pattern of professional growth and commitment (basically, you're an architectural rockstar with a killer track record! ).
- Looking for a medium-term commitment (ideally 2+ years) - we want someone who's here to build with us (pun intended ).
