We are hiring for Senior Architect/Interior Designer at Mumbai Location. Manage design projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations and project goals.- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts, including space planning, layouts, and material selections.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.- Integrate sustainable design practices and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
Professional Architect License or Interior Designer Certification preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
