Senior Architect

1. Architect with 5 - 9 years of experience working in a design consultancy or design lead

Architectural office.

2. Experience in Residential and Workspace projects. Experience in Healthcare projects

are an advantage.

3. Strong design skills ability to win work and oversee delivery.

4. Develop concepts based on research through best practice case studies. Must have

Intellectual updates of global projects to add value to the work in the studio.

5. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and pro-actively coordinate with other

consultants for structural engineers, building services engineers and other sub

consultants and specialists. Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of their own

work and all the work of their team.

6. Must be an effective team player. Excellent in Client meeting, presentation and report

writing skills

7. Experience of interpreting and understanding local rules, regulations and design

guides across the region

8. Good command of written and spoken English

Technical Requirements

B. Arch. From a reputed institute.

Minimum Experience Required: 5-9 Years.

Software Skills: AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-ray, Lumion, Illustrator, Photoshop,

PowerPoint.

Member of a recognized professional institution.
