Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at Right Vision Consultancy Services. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience as an Architect
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Manage and coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Develop and present architectural designs, proposals, and solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress and quality
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and materials
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural designs with other project disciplines
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture
- Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation
