**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented Architect who is passionate to design terrace and balcony gardens to contribute to our design team and assist in project execution. As an Architect at Paudha Private Limited, you will participate in the conceptualization, design, and management of balcony and terrace garden projects. We require a minimum of 3 years of industry experience and a solid understanding of materials, designs, and architectural principles for this role.
**Responsibilities:**
- Participate in the design process from concept development to execution, ensuring projects are completed within schedule and budget.
- Contribute to developing sustainable and innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and company goals.
- Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, engineers, and contractors to support project delivery.
- Assist in material selection and finishes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Support the review and approval of architectural drawings, plans, and documents.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is desirable.
- Basic understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
