Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect with 16-20 years of experience including Gulf Experience. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of complex projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the design and construction of complex projects from conception to completion
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, project managers, and contractors, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior architects and designers
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to plan
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- 16-20 years of experience in the job market with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in SAudi Arabia will be preferable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices
