Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet the needs and
expectations of our US-based clients.
- Create detailed and precise architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations,
sections, and construction details.
- Manage project documentation throughout all phases, from concept to completion.
- Work closely with team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project
success.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and design software to maintain a competitive
edge.
Qualifications:
- B. Arch.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and detailing.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe
Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of International building codes, regulations, and construction standards is a
significant advantage.
- A creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design and drafting work.
