Education & Qualification:

Obtain a professional degree in architecture, such as a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from an accredited university or collage.

Experience: 10 -20 yrs.

Required Skills:-

1- Principal Architects should have strong design, leadership, project management, and

communication skills.

2- They should also be proficient in using relevant software and technologies and be familiar with

industry trends and best practices.

3- Projects require specialized knowledge, such as healthcare or sustainable design.

4- Technical skills: Proficient in using relevant software and technologies, such as AutoCAD, Revit,

SketchUp, Rhino and other BIM software.

5- Code compliance: Principal Architects are responsible for ensuring that the designs they create

comply with all relevant building codes and regulations, including zoning laws, fire codes, and

accessibility standards.
