We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. Roles and responsibilities-

1.Conceptual Design: Create initial design concepts, sketches, and drawings for architectural projects based on client requirements and project goals.

2.Project Development: Develop and refine architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software and tools.

3.* Collaboration*: Work closely with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

4.* Regulatory Compliance*: Stay up-to-date with local building codes and regulations, ensuring that designs meet all necessary requirements and obtain necessary permits.

5.* Client Interaction*: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into project plans.

6.* Quality Control*: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction aligns with the approved plans and quality standards.
