Job Description
- Making Drawings/Concept Drawings/Working GFC Drawing.
- Co-ordination with RCC Consultant/MEP Consultant & make Consolidated Drawings.
- Co-ordination with in House general manager for Municipal rule discussion/Changes/Decision
- Regular basis site visit while project under construction.
- Co-ordination with marketing consultants/3D Model/Rendering Consultant
- Making sale drawing/Meeting with Sales Team for any changes in Layout/Drawings.
- Checking of slabs/open spaces along with consultants on site.
- Making all presentation drawing for HRC/MOEF.
- Giving all design related data for MOEF.
Qualifications and skills
- Awareness onto Municipal rule, discussion / change/ decision
- Educational Qualification Architect / M. Arch
- coordination/ rendering/ 3d/ autocad drawings checker/ sales plans/ follow up with mep/ rcc/ moef/ facade/ parking consultant
