As a Senior Data Governance Resource, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our organization s data governance strategy
You will leverage your extensive experience and expertise in data governance methodologies and tools to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive data governance framework
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and challenges.
Design, develop, and implement a robust data governance framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Lead the implementation and configuration of data governance tools, such as Informatica Data Governance , to automate data governance processes and workflows.
Oversee data quality initiatives, including data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
Identify and prioritize data governance projects and initiatives.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on data governance principles and practices.
Champion data governance across the organization and foster a data-driven culture.
Track and report on key data governance metrics and KPIs.
Manage and mentor junior data governance team members.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the data governance sphere.
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience working with data governance tools, such as Informatica Data Governance (preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
Proficiency in data quality concepts and techniques.
