- Project Leadership: Take A Leadership Role In The Architectural Design Process, Overseeing And Guiding The Design Team Throughout The Project Lifecycle. Provide Direction And Mentorship To Junior Architects And Designers.
- Conceptual Design: Develop Creative And Innovative Design Concepts That Meet Client Requirements, Align With Project Objectives, And Adhere To Industry Standards. Translate Design Concepts Into Clear And Compelling Presentations.
- Design Development: Lead The Development Of Architectural Designs, Including Space Planning, Material Selection, And Detailing. Ensure That Design Solutions Meet Functional, Aesthetic, And Technical Requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Architectural Principles, Building Codes, Regulations, And Construction Methods. Provide Technical Guidance To The Design Team And Coordinate With Engineers And Consultants To Resolve Technical Challenges.
- Project Management: Oversee The Overall Project Management Process, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation. Monitor Project Progress, Ensure Adherence To Timelines, And Manage Client Expectations.
- Collaboration And Coordination: Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Interior Designers, Contractors, And Clients, To Ensure Successful Project Execution. Coordinate With External Consultants, Such As StructuralEngineers And Mep Professionals, To Integrate Their Expertise Into The Design Process.
- Documentation And Drawing Production: Prepare And Review Architectural Drawings, Including Plans, Sections, Elevations, And Details. Ensure Accuracy, Completeness, And Compliance With Industry Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
- Quality Control: Conduct Regular Reviews Of Design Work To Ensure Compliance With Established Design Standards And Specifications. Implement Quality Control Processes To Maintain High-Quality Deliverables.
- Client Engagement: Act As A Primary Point Of Contact For Clients, Addressing Their Concerns, Providing Design Updates, And Managing Their Expectations. Build Strong Client Relationships Through Effective Communication And A Customer-Centric Approach.
- Construction Administration: Provide Support During The Construction Phase, Including Reviewing Shop Drawings, Responding To Rfis (Requests For Information), And Conducting Site Visits To Ensure Design Intent Is Maintained.
- Research And Innovation: Stay Updated On Industry Trends, Emerging Technologies, And Best Practices In Architectural Design. Incorporate Innovative And Sustainable Design Solutions Into Projects Where Appropriate.
