to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.
The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and planning of complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of architectural principles, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality and excellence. The Senior Architect will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Lead the architectural design process, from conceptual design through construction documentation and administration.
Develop and implement project design strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives and resolve design and technical challenges.
Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to incorporate into project designs.
Participate in client presentations and proposal development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Professional licensure as an Architect.
A minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects.
Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
