Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) a part of Oracle Applications Development runs the Oracle software that runs Oracle. OAL is responsible for implementing, running, and improving nearly all of Oracle's Enterprise Applications: CRM, HCM, Financials, SCM, you name it. We use Oracle's own real-life business requirements as a test bed for innovation. We often race out ahead of standard products and build extensions and custom applications to meet the needs of our 100,000-employee, Fortune 100 company. Within OAL, the CRMS Sales team is looking after the implementation and support of CRM Sales processes and applications used at Oracle. Being a valued partner to Oracle's product development and internal business organizations by validating products and enabling the business process evolution, the Team also showcases and share CRM implementation standard methodologies with customers. Working in partnership with the Sales Line of Business, the team helps to enable process optimization and provide solutions to business needs.
The solutions owned by OAL CRMS Sales are used by Oracle Sales organizations globally, supporting over 20,000 people. They include Oracle products and technologies such as Oracle Fusion CRM, Siebel CRM, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), CRM Analytics, ADF/extensibility framework, and SOA/BPEL integration using AIA.

Successful Applicants Should Have/demonstrate

- In-depth knowledge and experience in Java, J2EE, XML,HTML5, Web Services, Rest APIs, Microservices, SpringBoot, Open sources technologies
- Hands-on experience in developing UI applications using the latest javascript frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Kafka and Elastic will be an advantage
- Overall experience of at least 3 to 8 years of Software Development
- BS/BTech/BE/MCA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
