Senior Application Engineer(PLC/OOP)

Role Description

We are looking for Senior Application Engineer who is passionate about developing and managing software application for automation systems. This is a full-time hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Chennai, but some work from home is acceptable. As a Senior Application Engineer , your key responsibilities will be to design, develop, simulate, test, and maintain software for automation systems in an Agile environment. The position is ideal for candidates having knowledge on PLC systems with software development experience based on OOP concept.

Education

• Bachelor's/master's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or similar;

Mandatory Work Experience

• OOP knowledge (at least 3 years experience) can be either from C++, C# or other similar environment.
• PLC programming based on OOP approach. Candidates having PLC experience without OOP is not relevant.

Preferable Work Experience

• PackML
• Beckhoff/Twincat PLC or CodeSYS,
• GIT
• Azure DevOps.
• Complete Software Development lifecycle experience(minimum 3 years)
• UML design tools,

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills;
