Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled
Senior Angular Software Engineer to join our team and work on exciting projects for a
large UAE bank. This is a full-time
onsite role requiring you to work from either our
Chennai or
Bengaluru Offshore Development Center (ODC).
Education:
- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years coding experience in Angular JS, HTML, and JSS for high-performance Enterprise Applications on Mobile and Web
- Developing reusable and testable modules and components
- Creating custom modules extending core AngularJS functionality
- Architecting and automating build processes for production
- Experience in Banking or Retail domains is mandatory
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with documented code
- Coordination between designers, coders, and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of CSS and JS for visual performance
- Understanding of platform responsibilities, including APIs and caching layers
- Writing non-blocking code and applying multi-threading when necessary
- Documenting code using JSDoc
- Experience with front-end operations and custom wrappers
- Familiarity with Node.js, Angular Material, and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of libraries like Devolte and store management
Functional Skills:
- Adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Ensuring quality of technical architecture and design
- Researching and benchmarking technologies
Soft Skills:
- Ability to influence teams on technical decisions to enhance productivity
- Self-motivated, able to drive initiatives independently while collaborating across teams
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with Senior and Executive management
