JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Analyst Talent Insights to join our team.

JOB TITLE

Sr. Analyst Talent Insights Responsible for creating operational Workday reports and dashboards to support data needs of HR and business leader customers. This role will also support the Workday core data (DEI, hybrid, organization structure, personal data, etc.) process design, testing and auditing. The associate will be responsible for supporting data governance by designing and running audit reports and providing data to support business process design decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for supporting the workforce operational analysis and reporting strategy using advanced levels of evaluation techniques, data analysis and data visualization.
  • Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Collects, analyzes, reports on, and develops recommendations for complex workforce and learning data to determine efficiency, effectiveness and performance outcomes.
  • Uses data mining and data extraction techniques and applies statistical analysis methods to structured and unstructured data. Identifies and reports major trends, exceptions, and key successes in the data.
  • Analyzes data and summarizes performance using statistical procedures, uses data visualization techniques to discern data relationships and present data in a manner that speeds time to insight.
  • Connects program and process data to performance outcomes, develops scorecards, metrics, and indices reflective of learning, workforce, and business objectives.
  • Interprets and explains the implications of data on performance and the business and provides recommendations for action to drive individual and organizational performance improvement.
  • Creates and publishes standard reports; recommends and develops basic and complex ad hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences, as needed.
  • Maintains databases to track workforce performance.
  • Participates in the creation of valid, reliable, systematic measurement and evaluation tools and techniques.
  • Maintains, promotes, and trains use of self-service tools and technologies.
  • Provides expert consultation for Human Resources, Learning & Development, and the Business in the study of operational issues and devises appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
  • Presents and articulates study findings to key stakeholders and varied audiences

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's/master's in engineering in related field preferred

  • Requires BA/BS in business or math related field and minimum 5-7 years of data collection and analysis experience.
  • Six Sigma, ROI certification or other data analysis designation preferred

EXPERIENCE

5-7 years of experience

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Working experience in Workday, reporting, workday analytics, complex reporting
  • Expertise with advanced Workday report writing, including composite and matrix reports.
  • Proven track record of understanding requirements and translating them to Workday report requirements and delivering Workday report solutions.
  • Experience with data and report testing and auditing using Workday reports to find and prevent data process issues.
