Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement various Predictive Models, A/B Testing, Decision-tree segmentations and other data driven methods.
2. Close cooperation with other Departments within Collections to ensure understanding and fulfillment of business needs for the whole function.
3.Cost to Benefit impact estimations of potential new strategies and model implementations - building business cases for strategy changes assigned.
4.Designing and maintaining all forecasting and budget estimation related analysis for the Collections Function.
5.Testing and confirming/disproving business-relevant hypothesis in the field of Collections raised internally or by a related department or function
Need to Have Areas
1.Experience with Oracle SQL Developer environment or MS SQL Management Studio
2.Knowledge on Machine Learning
3.Advanced Excel skills and advanced knowledge of Ms Office suite
4.Knowledge of champion-challenger and pilot monitoring methodologies
5.Data Analysis skills
