Senior Analyst

• Support wholesale manager in analyzing information to develop and grow wholesale business in IMG markets


• Support wholesale manager to implement wholesale business strategy and incentives


• Track key metrics for key markets wholesale performance


• Work closely with feet on the street and program managers to understand the respective markets


• Support wholesale modernization and other modernization plan related to wholesale business to implement and provide lessons learn on pilot program


• Work with partners to further improve PSN/Trade club network

Bachelor degree in business or engineering field

3-5 years of relevant experience

Preferred candidate with Parts or Sales background

Key Skills set

Demonstrated analytical ability

Knowledge of dealership parts department operations

Knowledge of service and parts industry both at a dealer level and at an aftermarket level

Ability to develop metrics and reporting structures

Self-motivated with very good attitude

Strong team player, with ability to work with diverse workgroups

Effective communicator, with ability to work within diverse (culturally and functionally) environment

Ability to work independently on research projects

Natural curiosity to uncover trends in the aftermarket
