We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst, DT Program Management

This position performs complex administrative activities in close relationship to the day-to-day work of multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, and passionate about helping to support all the required administrative functions.

It is an excellent opportunity to directly contribute to the successes of P&W and ensure our future competitive edge through successful execution of tasks associated with the expansion of the P&W India Digital Capability Center (IDCC), providing key administration support, and ensuring day to day task execution to enable our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works in a confidential and highly responsive relationship with the DT leadership teams across the globe. Also provides administrative support to organization leaders and team members.
  • Lead coordinate travels and help with completing of the expense reports in a timely manner using Concur and other systems.
  • Maintains calendars, schedules appointments, arranges departmental meetings/conferences, and attends meetings to take notes.
  • Prepares materials for departmental meetings. Should be strong with MS PowerPoint
  • Coordinates and executes departmental events.
  • Coordinates travel for department personnel and assists in expense report preparation.
  • Collaborates with other Administrative Assistants to share knowledge and coordinate inter-departmental activities.
  • Acts as administrator for department websites, including site content updates, managing user access, and assisting users with questions.
  • Establishes, maintains, and revises departmental files and readily identifiable control files for matters in progress.
  • Maintains office supplies for department, including tracking, ordering, and organizing.
  • Assists in tasks associated with hiring and onboarding of new employees.
  • Drafts email communications and announcements at an organizational level.
  • Maintains organization charts and distribution lists.
  • Strong experience in MS Excel, MS Word. Types and assembles data (i.e., tables, charts, reports, and memorandums) from verbal or written instruction; applies basic knowledge of equipment capabilities to plan details of formatting, spacing and page layout.
  • Proofreads presentation content ensuring proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage; may perform minor document revisions to ensure clarity.
  • Receives and prioritizes telephone calls, business visitors, and incoming mail, routes mail, and inquiries to proper personnel.
  • Interfaces with personnel from numerous departments and possible external contacts to exchange information requiring limited interpretation or discussion.
  • Perform other duties as requested by leadership, including special projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct interviews and workshops gather comprehensive business requirements. Document business needs, functional specifications, and user stories

Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Create detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and hi-level financial analysis

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

Present findings, recommendations, and key tasks updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Manage expectations and resolve conflicts by facilitating consensus among stakeholders.

  • Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling activities. Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues that may impact delivery timelines. Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams to ensure successful implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service roles required.
  • Proficient with MS Office, O365, Teams, and Outlook is a must.
  • Experience with Concur and Ariba is required.
  • Typically requires BS in Finance or any other disciplinary with 4+ years of prior relevant experience.
