Position Analyst AR
JD
Perform end to end AR activities.
Cash Application.
AR Collection follow up with Customer/Sales team.
Perform Customer Ageing analysis.
Close all open Items Short Paid by customers, Knocking off - Open advances etc. within 7 days.
Attend weekly AR global call.
Circulate Monthly MIS to Stakeholders.
Assist in annual audits Statutory, Internal & SOX Audit (AR/AP related)
Perform end to end AP activities.
Perform and ensure the accuracy and correctness of calculation of Supplementary Invoices (Commodity Price Increase/Decrease), Turnover discount calculation.
Perform Supplier Ageing analysis.
Sound Knowledge of Import payment procedures and documentation.
Skills
Good English Communication
Sound Knowledge of ERP (Preferably SAP/Formula - AS 400/Oracle)/MS Office tool (Excel, ppt)/ Power BI
Stakeholder management and good presentation skill
Education & Experience
B.Com/BBA/M.com/MBA Finance/CMA Inter with 5+ Years of progressive experience in Account Receivables/Accounts Payable.
Candidates from Manufacturing/Automobile Industry would be preferred.
