Position Description: Attentive.ai is looking for a full-time Content Marketer to create engaging content & support content and product marketing initiatives for its B2B SaaS products. We are looking for someone with past experience in creating & marketing compelling content, along with building a well-defined content marketing playbook for the target audience with ICP frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Content Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support Attentive.ai's Global Demand Gen and Product Marketing Initiatives with content planning and execution as part of the Marketing team. Your output and content delivery will strongly determine the quality and ROI of our demand generation efforts.
- Create compelling marketing content driven by a clear understanding of the target audience and a good understanding of digital marketing and other marketing channels
- Have some years of experience in writing well-researched, thoughtful blogs and long form content
- Build content across a variety of formats - industry white papers, ebooks, webinars, video content, and content for omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Gain good understanding of the decision-makers involved in the B2B buying process
- Ability to clearly understand the WIIFT (What's in it for Them) for an audience and create compelling, well-structured content and storytelling.
- Repurpose existing content into newer content pieces and formats to be used across the buyer journey
- Be an ace collaborator while working with subject matter experts to define the value propositions, and positioning & messaging across Attentive.ai products
- Strong sense for aesthetics and design - you can share a logical opinion on design aspects to optimize output
- You have the ability to understand a technical/industry-specific subject well enough to develop new stories and content pieces around it
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS/Software marketing experience (SaaS Preferred), with experience in content creation and content marketing
- Prior experience in copywriting short-form content along with long form. Demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally (within the organization) and externally (audience/customers/partners)
- Good understanding of experimentation and A/B testing
- Experience in owning & exceeding content marketing targets
- Experience in marketing to US-based companies is preferred
- Ability to think creatively, write clearly, and communicate complex ideas in simple terms
- Proficiency in: Word and Powerpoint, along with content creation tools including Canva, HubSpot a plus
- Must have a growth mindset
- A degree in: Marketing/Journalism/Communications or a relevant field
