Role Summary/Purpose
The selected candidate will be part of Performance Marketing Organization rolling up to Synchrony, India, Hyderabad. He/She will be aligned to the Channel Marketing Team India to audit Paid Media Ad campaigns with proper documentation and the highest level of accuracy. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and improvement of paid media campaigns across platforms and is required to manage Ads in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the quality of paid media campaigns across various platforms
- Conduct quality audits on ad creatives and work with campaign managers on all elements related to ad campaign execution
- Investigate and identify root causes of any discrepancies or issues in campaigns
- Collaborate with the paid media team to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain documentation of quality standards and best practices
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum 18 months of experience in conducting quality audits on Ad creatives or in a digital marketing space
- Minimum 18 months of experience working with US stakeholders/ Offshore Clients
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc., and advertising best practices
- Exposure to project management tools: COSMOS Workfront (or) MRM (or) Jira (or) ProofHub etc.
- Proficient with MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to Marketing and retail concepts
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good team player
Desired Skills & Knowledge
- An MBA in marketing/digital marketing is preferred for this role.
- Understanding of US credit card or retail business
- Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid media campaigns
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to paid media
- Proven ability to deliver and review projects with clients and peers
- Develops analysis that leads to optimization recommendations
- Exposure to Digital marketing platforms
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 1.5 years of experience with the financial services industry or Marketing or Digital experience, or in lieu of degree; 3.5 years of experience with the financial services industry or Marketing or Digital experience.
Work timings: 02:00pm-11:00pm IST
