Organizational Overview: The Performance Marketing Team is the engine behind business growth as it handles the majority of marketing activities. This includes targeting the right audience through campaigns, distributing content via channel marketing, conducting a thorough analysis of campaign launches and budgets, and also ensuring compliance via surveillance and governance all to maximize results and maintain a competitive edge. Together this team drives ROI and elevates Synchrony's brand presence in a dynamic market.
Role Summary/Purpose: As campaign operations analyst you will be part of the growth organization within synchrony financial, India and is responsible for executing marketing campaigns for synchrony financial clients within the performance marketing COE. In this role one will build campaign data files based on marketing criteria, segmentation and target populations on behalf of SYF clients. This role will be responsible for building automated/manual diagrams within our SAS campaign execution tool and ensuring that all campaigns are executing in an accurate and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the campaign execution process by adhering to compliance policies and maintain the key performance indicators i.e., accuracy and timelines at 100%
- Subject matter expertise in CRM tools, SYF data warehouses, segmentation reporting, suppression exclusions and file outputs.
- Proactively propose, initiate & execute process improvement that creates business impact for campaign data file execution processes.
- Work with internal and external partners on the execution of campaign files including defining requirements, managing deliverables and auditing campaign files
- Drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Help team leaders in team engagement activities and collaboration
Required Skills/Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or in lieu of a degree 2 years of experience in financial domain campaign operations
- Good knowledge of SQL, Unix and Excel.
- Solid interpersonal skills at all organizational levels, including the ability to communicate effectively and influence others in the business
Desired Skills/Knowledge
- Understanding of US credit card or retail business
- Exposure to Marketing and retail concepts
- Exposure to Marketing databases
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or in lieu of a degree 2 years of experience in financial domain campaign operations
Work Timings: This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
