You Are:
As a Senior Analog Design Engineer, you are a highly motivated and talented individual with a strong technical background in full custom analog/mixed-signal circuit design, circuit simulations, custom layout, and post-silicon characterization. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for designing state-of-the-art analog sensors. Your expertise in Process, Voltage, Temperature, Current, and Droop sensors sets you apart. You are adept at liaising with layout teams to achieve the best possible engineering solutions and excel at running simulations to identify and address issues. Your experience with multisite design teams and your ability to work collaboratively make you a valuable asset. You possess a forward-looking, design-oriented thought process and have a sound knowledge of custom Analog/AMS design techniques, implementation, and verification. You hold a B.Tech. or M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent streams and are aware of full custom layout techniques and advanced process challenges, including ESD and Reliability. Your exposure to architecture, design, and verification of PVT, Oscillators, Bandgap, PLLs, LDOs, ADCs, Amplifiers, PHYs, and other Mixed-signal blocks, coupled with your excellent teamwork, communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, ensures you can effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and productizing state-of-the-art analog sensors.
- Liaising with the layout team to achieve the best possible engineering solutions.
- Running simulations effectively and highlighting issues.
- Collaborating with experienced multisite design teams.
- Engaging in full custom analog/mixed-signal circuit design, circuit simulations, custom layout, and post-silicon characterization.
- Addressing advanced process challenges, including ESD and Reliability.

What You'll Need:
- B.Tech. or M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent streams.
- Strong technical knowledge in full custom analog/mixed-signal circuit design, circuit simulations, custom layout, and post-silicon characterization.
- Sound knowledge of custom Analog/AMS design techniques, implementation, and verification.
- Awareness of full custom layout techniques and advanced process challenges, including ESD and Reliability.
