We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with expertise in financial language models to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our LLM solutions for institutional clients and advancing our StockAI platform for individual investors.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize financial LLMs tailored to the Korean and Japanese financial markets.
- Implement and refine AI technologies, focusing on fine-tuning LLMs for financial operations and adapting them to local market requirements.
- Collaborate with financial industry experts to integrate domain knowledge into AI models while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Utilize multilingual Natural Language Processing (NLP) to process and analyze financial documents in both Korean and Japanese.
- Enhance AI models for tasks such as financial text analysis, risk assessment, market forecasting, and personalized investment recommendations.
- Optimize AI models to meet real-time requirements for the StockAI platform, ensuring efficient inference and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, contribute to LLM innovation, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI model development with a focus on NLP and financial applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- In-depth understanding of transformer models, fine-tuning techniques, and advanced AI architectures.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other methods to enhance LLM performance.
- Understanding of financial concepts and terminology specific to the Korean and Japanese markets.
- Proven experience in optimizing AI models for efficiency and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI applications within the finance industry, such as sentiment analysis of financial news, automated report generation, or algorithmic trading.
- Knowledge of financial regulations in Korea and Japan and how they impact AI applications.
- Experience contributing to AI research or open-source projects in the financial field.
- Expertise in large-scale AI model training and deployment in cloud environments.
- Experience with real-time AI systems and SaaS platforms.
