The client specializes in enhancing digital workplaces and streamlining enterprise operations through innovative solutions. They are a key player in providing advanced unified endpoint management (UEM) and cybersecurity offerings, helping organizations manage work devices and protect data. Headquartered in San Francisco, the company also has a strong presence in India with teams now growing across UAE & Saudi Arabia as well.

Their enterprise business was established to simplify how businesses manage their operations and security. Operating in over 100 countries, this division empowers organizations across diverse industries. They are currently seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Senior Account Executive (New Business Hunter) (Cybersecurity Sales exp a must)

Designation: Senior Account Executive (Sr AE) - (New Business Hunter)

CTC Offered: 40 LPA to 45 LPA (in a 70:30 split) based on relevant experience, interview performance, last drawn ctc, etc.

Experience: 10 to 15 years of robust & relevant sales experience (for Cybersecurity based Enterprise Software products/platform/services for India geography)

Company strength: 300+ employees globally

Work location: Bengaluru, India.

Work Days: 5 day work week from office.

Role summary: HR Interface Executive Search is recruiting a Senior Account Executive (Sr AE) - (New Business) for our client. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving new business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT security / cybersecurity sales for India, capable of developing and implementing sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, building long-lasting relationships.
  • Execute against assigned quotas and territory sales / revenue plans.
  • Prospect, forecast, build, and maintain a sales pipeline with a high level of activity, driving deals from start to finish.
  • Formulate compelling annual plans to drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, and ensure high retention rates.
  • Support direct reports by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings.
  • Engage cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress toward targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in IT security / Cybersecurity sales (New business) with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. (Not inside sales experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
