The Senior Advisor will leverage their expertise to guide our clients through complex regulatory landscapes, aligning strategies with evolving governmental frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced analysis and interpretation of legal, regulatory, and tax frameworks to shape high-level policy and advocacy strategies.
- Develop influential relationships with senior government officials, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders, representing the firm's interests in regulatory and policy matters.
- Offer deep insights into the political and regulatory environment, informed by research and a track record of handling complex policy issues.
- Prepare and present sophisticated reports, policy briefs, and strategic recommendations that communicate nuanced legal and tax matters in a succinct, accessible manner.
- Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams and external consultants, fostering a unified approach to complex policy challenges.
- Lead the development and implementation of risk management frameworks to safeguard the firm and its clients from potential regulatory uncertainties.
- Uphold utmost confidentiality and discretion in all professional engagements and communications.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Law, Economics, or related field, with a strong preference for graduates from institutions like the Harvard Kennedy School or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1520 years of professional experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, or academia, ideally with experience in a senior advisory or consulting role.
- Deep knowledge of public policy, legal, and regulatory issues with a focus on strategic insight and high-level analysis.
- Exemplary research, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and to navigate sensitive matters discreetly and professionally.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, able to lead and advise teams effectively while working independently when required.
