We are looking for a
Sr. Adviser - Payroll Services responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies while driving process improvements and fostering stakeholder collaboration. This role requires expertise in payroll processing, resolving escalated queries, collaborating with stakeholders, implementing process enhancements, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to company values.

Reporting line Manager ESPS Payroll
Scope Your scope will include (but not limited to) below
- Payroll Processing for the Region
- Lead the end-to-end processing of payroll activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies for the assigned regions.
- Review payroll files and reports, identify any errors or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Monitor and ensure the submission of regulatory tasks, such as tax filings and statutory reporting, within prescribed timelines.
- Handle and resolve escalated payroll queries and issues, providing guidance and expertise to address complex matters.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Relationship Management
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address payroll-related requirements, inquiries, and requests o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, finance, legal, and external vendors.
- Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence
- Regularly review payroll processes, identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement, and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of payroll managers, ensuring effective execution of payroll services and adherence to established processes.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback and coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Allocate resources appropriately, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of payrollservices.
- Promote RT 3C Values
- Act as a role model for the RT3C values (Courage, Curiosity, Care) within the team and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
About Yourself
We are looking for passionate candidates having
- A master's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
- 8-13 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles.
- Experience in managing a team or demonstrated leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, regulations, and payroll policies
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Experience in workload allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements and control frameworks related to payroll processing.
- Experience in using payroll software or systems for data entry, calculations, and generating payroll reports. Familiarity with payroll system SAP is beneficial.
