Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Admission Counselor at Success Mantra Smart Coaching in New Delhi. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the branch, driving business growth, managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. This job position will be reporting directly to the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiable and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the education industry and entrance exam preparation
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the coaching or education industry is a plus
  • Cold calling Is required.
  • Ability to Convert calling into Walk Ins
  • Candidate who do have experience in counselling is required particularly from education background.
  • Min experience required that is 6 months to 2 years.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To present the institute offerings to students, their parents effectively
  • Convert Face to Face Enquiries into Admissions & Telephonic enquiries into walk-ins
  • Responsible for enhancing the enrollment of the students from mapped data in Offline & Online Classroom and Test Series program
  • Encourage team spirit and emotional binding for the company amongst all the students and their parent.
  • Responsible for academic operational activities across center
  • Establish relationships with schools and educational institutions
  • Effectively manage materials and resources of the center
  • Maintaining enrollment database, generating center analysis report
  • Doing regular and timely follow ups of all admitted students of the center
  • Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.
  • Provide pre sales counseling and advise the students and their parents, effectively, regarding admission services in relation to courses available with us.
  • Providing in-depth information to prospective students, this includes counseling through phone call, email, chat, online video meet, face to face meet and social media.
  • Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
  • Responsible for the overall targets and profitability. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
  • Maintain effective communication till the time, student is on boarded.
  • Doing regular and timely follow ups of all mapped numbers.
  • Maintaining day to day work report and enrollment database.
  • Any Other suitable work as assigned by the Success Mantra Management.
