Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Admissions Counselor with over 5 years of experience in academic institutions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in multiple languages and will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, providing information on programs, requirements, and financial aid, while conducting interviews and assessing applications. Develop and implement outreach strategies, represent the institution at recruitment events, and maintain relationships with schools and community organizations. Utilize language skills to communicate with diverse populations, translate materials, and provide multilingual support. Maintain accurate student records and application statuses, analyze data, and generate reports. Mentor and train junior staff, coordinate team meetings and professional development, and contribute to admissions policy development while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions counseling within academic institutions.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (at least two additional languages preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of admissions software and CRM systems is a plus.
