Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor at Cleverchamp pvt ltd located in Delhi, India. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for conducting student admissions, providing customer service to prospective students and their families, giving presentations, and assisting with the enrollment process. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to students throughout the admissions process.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Communication, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Education skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and engage with prospective students
- Experience in admissions or student recruitment is preferred
- Knowledge of the education industry and admissions processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
