This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admission Counselor at Entrily Official located in Madurai. The Senior Admission Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including providing guidance to students, managing the admission process, and offering excellent customer service. The role involves interacting with education consultants and utilizing the CRM system for end-to-end admission processes.

• Interpersonal Communication, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Education knowledge
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
