Job Title: Senior Administrative and HR Manager

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Administrative and HR Manager to oversee the daily operations of our intellectual property law firm based in Gurugram, Sector 50. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing the administrative functions of our office, as well as handling HR responsibilities for our team of 25 employees, including three partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing office operations efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
1.Administrative Management:
oOversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
oManage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
oCoordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
oHandle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for partners and staff as needed.
oMaintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal productivity.
2.HR Management:
oManage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
oHandle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
oAdminister employee benefits and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
oDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
oConduct training sessions on company policies, compliance, and professional development.
3.Partner Support:
oProvide executive support to the three partners, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
oAssist partners with research, presentations, and other tasks as needed.
oAct as a liaison between the partners and other staff members, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience (4 Years and above) in administrative and HR management roles, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (Matrix, cosec etc).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
