Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA/ inter CA with extensive experience in handling diverse accounting functions, including taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and client management, leadership skills, team management, and operations management.

The candidate must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and possess strong leadership qualities to lead a team of professionals effectively.Must have experience working in accounting, CA firms, MNc's or consulting firms.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IFRS, Indian GAAP, and other applicable accounting standards.

Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues, including consolidation, transfer pricing, and indirect and direct taxation.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS, GST, and other statutory returns, adhering to regulatory deadlines.

Drive client acquisition efforts through proactive engagement and nurturing of client relationships.

Lead negotiations and facilitate deal closures, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and provide training to team members as necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Qualified CA/inter CA with 10-12 years of progressive experience in accounting, operational, and financial management.

Extensive knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and taxation laws, with a focus on both indirect and direct taxation.

Prior experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or accounting firm is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of transfer pricing, consolidation, and business operations.

Accounting ERP familiarity (such as Tally, Zoho books, SAP, Oracle etc), FP & A, Tax planning and Technology driven solutions etc

Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
