Qualifications - B.com, M.com
- Candidate having 8-10 years in Accounting with relevant experience
- Experience in real estate or property management accounting required
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to Complete assigned work in time.
- Maintaining records.
- Fluent with Computer Application mainly with Tally, Word, Excel and Email Communication
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and Management.
- Able to handle petty cash, Preparation of vouchers and day to day accounting activities
- Prepare monthly Account Reconciliations.
- Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
- Preparation of Various reports as per the requirement of Management.
