Job Description
We at Resellerbin.com & Compulease Networks are a company Based out of Bangalore. We are a Technology Based company and are experts in Trading and selling of Networking & Telecom based products. with Vast customer base in Domestic and international markets for over 30 years
We wish to employ dedicated Accounts Managers with Flair for Numbers to handle the end-to-end accounting, The Duties would include day-to-day accounting activities, supervise, maintain, manage and monitor payables, receivables & other statutory duties. Must have excellent working knowledge of Tally ERP Prime.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the book of accounts on Tally ERP Prime
- Payment follow ups with customers & account reconciliation
- Prepare & File GST returns GSRT 1 & GSTR 3B
- Bank reconciliation on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for finalisation of taxes & other statutory
- Coordinate with the internal teams for payment collections & payables
- Generate Standard reports on Tally Prime for management.
Requirements
- Proficient in Tally Prime
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word in particular)
- Ideal candidate of 2 -5 years of accounting experience preferred
- Adept in drafting mails
- Excellent verbal Communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Banking.
