Job Overview
The Accounts cum Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts:
- Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Process orders and manage customer accounts.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting and customer service roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
