Job Overview

The Accounts cum Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts:
  • Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting and customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
