VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Senior Accountant/Finance Manager for our Indian operations.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong communication skills in English, or a Retired accountant with a CA or M.Com (First Class) degree.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and statutory compliance.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in an IT Firm is highly desirable.
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting, Taxation, and other Statutory Compliances as required by various government agencies and regulations.
Key Attributes:
Demonstrated ability to provide a long-term commitment of 3-5 years, with a high level of drive and determination.
Ability to contribute to the strategic growth and stability of the organization.
Role Expectations:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complex financial operations and compliance requirements.
Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
