Job Description

Finalisation of monthly and annual accounts
Preparation of various MIS reports for management
Verification of documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Reconciliations of accounts
Data Entry in books of accounts and MIS software
Tax Matters including GST and Income Tax
EDMS documents and workflow management
Supervision and mentorship of junior accounts staff to ensure adherence to standard accounting practices
Communications with business partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
Cash flow and funds management to ensure optimal utilization of company resources
Internal audit to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Candidate Qualifications

CA Inter Pass or higher
Preferably 2 years or more of experience in accounts/audit job
More than 18 months experience in Microsoft Navision ERP or other leading ERPs
Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Expertise in bookkeeping and IFRS to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel to efficiently analyze financial data and generate reports
