Senior Accountant

Opportunity to be a part of a growing Real Estate & Design Team that has been contributing in creating holistic habitats since 44 years. The ideal candidate is required to have prior experience in Real Estate Accounting. The will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements at individual, project and company level, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project and company level accounting
• Create periodical reports for various business needs
• Prepare tax documents
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Manage budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.)
• Minimum 7 years of Accounting Experience
• Ability to create, interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in using MS Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.
• Mastery in Tally ERP, MS Excel
• CA candidates will be given a preference
