Role - Senior Accountant
Salary Bracket - 4 LPA - 5.5 LPA

Responsibilities
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of F&A compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor internal and outsourced accounting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Establish clear goals and objectives for the accounting team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
